Manager Tim Flowers bemoaned missing players and injuries in his after match interview, something we know all about Yusifu Ceesay the latest player to be sidelined, it was however good to see the return of Liam Moore and Ben Hart to the starting 11. A first half of few chances at Lye Meadow on a pitch we certainly would not want to play on in the winter months but if league titles are the ambition it was vital to get the right result. A quick second half start saw Jack Roberts twice find Jordan Nicholson in the box his first attempt failed to trouble keeper Evans but asked again he fired home beautifully. Maniche Sano Sani seems to be making a habit scoring from the bench and did so again on 70 minutes, keeper Evans flapped at a corner before CJ got it back in the right area for the substitute to force it over the line. The home side offered very little as we protected our lead, 7 away league wins now we certainly have got to be pleased with that.........
